Dr. Stefan Heninger
I would like to welcome you to my homepage. My name is Dr. Stefan Heninger. My areas of expertise include civil law including litigation, labour law, criminal law and public law. In the interests of my clients, I strive for quick out-of-court solutions, although I specialise in litigation.
About me
My basic studies in business law at the Vienna University of Economics and Business gave me a high level of economic understanding. In addition to my work as a trainee lawyer, I completed my doctorate in law (University of Vienna, Juridicum) with Prof. Dr Attila Fenyves in insurance law (topic: tap water insurance).
I passed the bar exam with very good results.
I began my career as a lawyer during my studies as a legal assistant and subsequently as a trainee in renowned Viennese law firms, which primarily dealt with contentious cases (civil law, public law, labour and social law, criminal law).
In addition to my legal training, I completed a construction engineering programme at the HTL Krems, which has given me a strong affinity for technology. This expertise is particularly useful in construction processes.
