Information pursuant to Art 12 para DSGVO

You have the right to the best possible protection of your personal data. We therefore process your data exclusively on the basis of the statutory provisions (DSGVO, TKG 2003). In this privacy policy, we inform you about the most important aspects of data processing on our website.

Contact form, e-mail

If you contact us using the form on the website or by e-mail, the data you provide will be stored for one year (after the last contact) for the purpose of processing the enquiry and in the event of follow-up questions and will be deleted at the end of the following year.

We will not pass on this data without your consent.

Web analytics services (Tracking)

This website does not use web analytics (Tracking).

Google Maps

We integrate the maps (“Google Maps”) of the provider Google (Google Ireland, Gordon House, Barrow Street, Dublin, Ireland) on our website. Google collects technical information that is necessary for the provision of the service. This information includes: the host name of the website on which the map is loaded and the IP address. The IP address and other personal data are not stored by Google. Google also does not set any cookies. Datenschutzerklärung von Google Maps

Server-Logfiles

For reasons of operational security, the hosting provider (World4You Internet Services GmbH) collects data about access to the site and stores it as server log files. These log files are stored for a fortnight and then deleted. The statistical analysis of access made available by the provider does not contain an IP address.

Data protection

We would like to point out that data transmission over the Internet (e.g. when communicating by e-mail) can have security gaps. Complete protection of data against access by third parties is not possible. However, we do what we can to ensure this.

Your rights

In principle, you have the right to information, correction, deletion, restriction, objection and data portability. Please contact us for this.

If you believe that the processing of your data violates data protection law or your data protection rights have been violated in any other way, you can lodge a complaint with the Austrian Data Protection Authority.
